AN ACT TO AMEND THE AIR NAVIGATION ACT.

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows :

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Air Navigation (Amendment) Act, No. 22 of 1981.
|
|
Amendment of section 3 of Chapter 365
|
2. Section 3 of the Air Navigation Act is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section by the insertion, immediately after paragraph (p) of that subsection, of the following new paragraph :
|
" (pp) the regulation of the charges that may be made from over-flying aircraft for the use of air navigation services or facilities provided by any Governmental Authority or Airport in Sri Lanka;".
