AN ACT TO AMEND THE CIVIL LAW ORDINANCE.

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows:-

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Civil Law (Amendment) Act, No. 36 of 1981.
|
|
Amendment of section 5 of Chapter 79.
|
2. Section 5 of the Civil Law Ordinance is hereby amended by the substitution for the words five per centum", of the words "twelve per centum "
