AN ACT TO REPEAL THE CONTROL OF PUBLICATIONS ON HORSE-RACING ACT, No. 44 OF 1961

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows
|

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Control of Publications on Horse-racing (Repeal) Act, No. 31 of 1987.
|
|
Repeal or Act No. 44 of 1961.
|
2. The Control of Publications on Horse-racing Act, No. 44 of 1961, is hereby repealed.
