AN ACT TO AMEND THE MEDICAL WANTS ORDINANCE

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows:

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Medical Wants (Amendment) Act, No. 53 of 1993.
|
|
Amendment of section 28 of Chapter 226.
|
2. Section 28 of the Medical Wants Ordinance is hereby amended by the omission of the word "rubber" appearing in that section.
|
|
Sinhala text to prevail in case of inconsistency.
|
3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail,
