ORDER, By Virtue of the Powers vested in me under the Provisions of the Provincial Councils (Consequential Provisions) Act No. 12 of 1989, read with the Provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act No. 05 of 1972 and as amended under the Provisions of the Co-operative Societies (Amendments) Act No. 11 of 1992 & Act No. 32 of 1983.

I, B. Anthony Victor Perera, the Minister in charge of the subject of Fisheries and Co-operatives of the North Western Provincial Council, do hereby delegate the powers vested with the Commissioner and the Registrar of Co-operative Development of the North Western Provincial Council under the Provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act No. 05 of 1972 as amended under the provenience of the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act No. 11 of 1992 & Act No. 32 of 1983 and the rules framed thereunder, thereafter, as per column III and from the date as per column II to the persons named as per column I, to assist the Commissioner and the Registrar of Co-operative Development of the North Western Province.
