Mr. Parathalingam objects to this appeal being heard on tho groundthat it is out of time. Mr. Jayasuriya appearing for tho appollantconcedes that the appeal is out of time by four days. Ho however movesthat tho matter be dealt with in rovision. This I am not prepared todo as I do not think the rovisionary powers of this Court oxtend toorders made by Labour Tribunals.
The appeal is rojocted with costs.
