The appeal is dismissed -with costs.
We are of the opinion that the briefs in this case have been very care-lessly prepared. We cannot let tin's pass unnoticed and we order thatthe officers responsible for typing, comparing and certifying the briefsshould refund the fees they have drawn. We trust that this will serveas a deterrent to such carelessness in the future.
L. W. db Silva, A.J.—I agree.
Appeal dismissed.
