ANACT TOAMEND THE NATIONAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY ACT, NO. 17 OF 2006.
BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist
Republic of Sri Lanka as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the National Enterprise Short title.
Development Authority (Amendment)Act, No. 18 of 2014.
2. Section 3 of the National Enterprise Development Amendment of
Authority Act, No. 17 of 2006 is hereby amended by the section 3 of the
National
repeal of paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of that section, and Enterprise
the substitution therefor of the following:— Development
Authority Act,
“(a) two ex-officio members, namely— No. 17 of 2006.
(i) the Secretary to the Treasury or his
representative; and
(ii) the Secretary to the Ministry of the Minister
to whom the Authority has been assigned or
his representative; and”.
3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala Sinhala text to
and the Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail. prevail in case of
inconsistency.

Annual subscription of English Bills and Acts of the Parliament Rs. 885 (Local), Rs. 1,180
(Foreign), Payable to the SUPERINTENDENT, GOVERNMENT PUBLICATIONS BUREAU, DEPARTMENT OF
GOVERNMENT INFORMATION, NO. 163, KIRULAPONA MAWATHA, POLHENGODA, COLOMBO 05 before 15th
December each year in respect of the year following.
