AN ACT TO AMEND THE APPROPRIATION ACT, NO. 51 OF 1987

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows :

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Amendment) Act, No. 59 of 1988.
|
|
Amendment of section 2 of Act No. 51 of 1987.
|
2. Section 2 of the Appropriation Act, No. 51 of 1987, is hereby amended in paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of that, section, by the substitution for the words “rupees thirty seven thousand one hundred and twenty million.”, of the words ” rupees forty thousand one hundred and twenty million.”.
