AN ACT TO AMEND THE CEYLON HOTELS CORPORATION ACT.

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows:-

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Ceylon Hotels Corporation (Amendment) Act, No. 31 of 1983.
|
|
Amendment of section 56 of Act No. 14 of 1966.
|
2. Subsection (1) of section 56 of the Ceylon Hotels Corporation Act is hereby amended by the substitution for the words “six months “, of the words ” ten months “.
