Civil Medical Stores (Change Of Name) Law A LAW TO CHANGE THE NAME OF THE CIVIL MEDICAL STORES BE it enacted by the National State Assembly of the Republic of Sri Lanka as follows:- short title 1. This Law may be cited as the Civil Medical Stores (Change of Name) Law, Mo, 28 of 1976, Change of the name at the Civil Medical Stores. 2. The Civil Medical Stores shall be known and cited for all purposes by the name ” State Medical Stores ” and, accordingly, in every – context in ‘which the Civil Medical Stores is mentioned, in any written law, or in any notice, permit, receipt, communication , form or other document issued, made, required or authorized by or under any written law, there shall be substituted, for the words ” Civil “Medical Stores ” the words ” State Medical Stores “.
