AN ACT TO AMEND THE EVIDENCE ORDINANCE

BE it enacted by the Parliament at the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows:

Short title.
|
1.This Act may be cited as the Evidence (Amendment) Act, No. 10 of 1988.
|
|
Amendment of section 108 of Chapter 14.
|
2.Section 108 of the Evidence Ordinance is hereby amended by the substitution for the words “for seven years”, of the words ” for one year”.
