Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Extradition (India) Act .
|
|
Application of fugitive offenders act, 1881, in relation to India.
|
2. The Fugitive offenders Act, 1881, enacted by the parilament of the United Kingdom continuing to the part of the law of Ceylon shall have effect as though every reference there into a part of Her Majesty’s dominiond includes a reference to the territory of the Republic of India.
