Firearms (Amendment) Law A LAW TO AMEND THE FIREARMS ORDINANCE. BE it enacted by the National State Assembly of the Republic of Sri Lanka as follows: Short title. 1. This Law may be cited as the Firearms (Amendment) Law, No. 38 of 1975. Amendment of section 27 of Chapter 182. 2. The Firearms Ordinance is hereby amended by the repeal of section 27 thereof and by the substitution therefor of the following section: “Register of licences. 27. Every F authority shall register all gun licences in a book to be kept for that purpose in the form N in Schedule A.”
