Food Control (Amendment) AN ACT TO AMEND THE FOOD CONTROL ACT. Chapter 171.Volume VI. page 679. BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Representatives of Ceylon in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Food Control (Amendment) Act, No. 32 of 1970. Amendment of section 4 of Chapter 171. 2. Section 4 of the Food Control Act is hereby amended in sub-section (3) thereof, by the substitution, for the words ” for a period of six months “, of the words ” for a period of one year “.
