AN ACT TO AMEND THE INSURANCE (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) ACT No. 22 OF 1979

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows:

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Insurance (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Act, No. 44 of 1986.
|
|
Amendment of section 18 of Act No. 22 of 1979.
|
2. Section 18 of the Insurance (Special Provisions) Act, No. 22 of 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the” principal enactment”) is hereby amended by the substitution for the words” paragraphs (c) and (g), of the words” paragraph (g) .

Repeal of section. 21 of the principal enactment.
|
3. Section 21 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed.
