AN ACT TO AMEND THE NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT BANK OF SRI LANKA ACT, NO. 2 OF 1979

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows:”

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the National Development Bank of Sri Lanka (Amendment) Act, No. 10 of 1990.
|
|
Amendment of section 41 of Act No 2 of 1979.
|
2. Section 41 of the National Development Bank of Sri Lanka Act, No. 2 of 1979, is hereby amended by the institution for the words “immovable property”, of the words ” movable or immovable property “.
|
|
Sinhala text to prevail in case of Inconsistency.
|
3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.
|
