AN ACT TO AMEND THE NATIONAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, NO. 17 OF 1979

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows :-

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the National Housing
Development Authority (Amendment) Act, No. 32 of 2003.
|
|
Repeal of section 10 of Act No 11 of 1979.
|
2. Section 10 of the National Housing Development
Authority Act, No. 17 of 1979 is hereby repealed.
|
|
Sinhala text to Prevail in case of inconsistency.
|
3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.
