ORDER, (Consequential Provisions) Act, No. 12 of 1989

ORDER, by virtue of the powers vested in me under the Provisions of the Provincial Councils (Consequential Provisions) Act, No. 12 of 1989, read with the Provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act, No. 05 of 1972 and as amended under the Provisions of the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, No. 11 of 1992 and Act, No. 32 of 1983.

I, B. Anthony Victor Perera, the Minister in charge of the subject of Fisheries and Co-operatives of the North Western Provincial Council, do hereby delegate the powers vested with the Commissioner and the .Registrar of Co-operative Development of the North Western Provincial Council, under the Provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act, No. No. 05 of 1972 as amended under the Provisions of the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, No. 11 of 1992 and Act, No. 32 of 1983 and the rules framed thereunder, thereafter as per Column III and from the date’ as per Column II to the persons named as per Column I, to assist the Commissioner and the Registrar of Co-operative Development of the North Western Province.
