By virtue of the powers vested in me under Section 9(1) of the finance (Supplimentary Provisions) Statue of the Southern Provincial Council No:2 of 1994,1 Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena, The Chief Minister and the Minister of Finance of the Southern Provincial Council, do by this order with effect from first January 2000. fix the following rates of “Mineral Tax”.
