AN ACT TO AMEND THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS ACT, No. 1 OF 1981

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows:

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act, No. 54 of 1988.
|
|
Repeal of section 129 A of Act No.1 of 1981.
|
2. Section 129A of the Parliamentary Elections Act, No. 1 of 1981 is hereby repealed.
