AN ACT TO AMEND THE PENSIONS (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) ACT, NO. 30 OF 1985.

BE it enacted by the Democratic Socialist Republic at Sri Lanka as follows:

Short title.
|
1.This Act may be cited as the Pensions (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Act, No. 14 of 1988.
|
|
Amendment of section 2 of Act No. 30 of 1985.
|
2.Section 2 of the Pensions (Special Provisions) Act, No. 30 of 1985, is hereby amended by the substitution for the words and figures “Army Act (Chapter 357), Navy Act (Chapter 358), Air Force Act (Chapter 359), regulations made thereunder or the Minutes on Pensions”. of the words and figures “Army Act (Chapter 357), Navy Act (Chapter 358), Air Force Act (Chapter 359), the School Teachers Pension Act (Chapter 432), the Overseas Telecommunication Act, No. 61 of 1957, the Local Government Service Law, No. 16 of 1974, regulations made thereunder or the Minutes on Pensions”.
