Proscribing Of Liberation Tigers Of Tamil Eelam And Other Similar Organizations (Amendment)
AN ACT TO AMEND THE PROSCRIBING OF LIBERATION TIGERS OF TAMIL EELAM AND OTHER SIMILAR ORGANIZATIONS LAW, No. 16 OF 1978.

BE it enacted by the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka as follows :-

Short title.
|
1. This Act may be cited as the Proscribing of Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam and Other Similar Organizations (Amendment) Act, No. 30 of 1979.
|
|
Amendment of section 15 of Law No. 16 of 1978.
|
2. Section 15 of the Proscribing of Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam and Other Similar Organizations Law, No. 16 of 1978, is hereby amended by the substitution for the words ” one year “, of the words ” two years “.
