REGULATION, ROAD PASSENGER CARRIAGE SERVICES STATUTE No. 3 OF 1990.

THE above mentioned statute has come into operation from the 29th May, 1.990, the date of receiving the assent of the Governor of the North Western Province.

I, the Minister of Health, Irrigation, Highways, Transport and Construction of the North Western Province Provincial Council do hereby publish the regulations made by me under the section 4 of the Road Passenger Carriage Services Statute of the North Western Province No. 3 of 1990 {read with section 29 of the Private Omnibus Services Act No. 44 of 1983 as incorporated)
