Tea Propaganda (Amendment) AN ACT TO AMEND THE TEA PROPAGANDA ORDINANCE. BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and the House of Representatives of Ceylon in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: – Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Tea Propaganda (Amendment) Act, No. 26 of 1969. Amendment of section 8 of Chapter 169. 2. Section 8 of the Tea Propaganda Ordinance (as amended by Act No. 35 of 1966) is hereby further amended, in sub-section (1) of that section, by the substitution, for the expression ” not exceeding four rupees per one hundred pounds “, of the expression ” not exceeding five rupees per one hundred pounds “,
